Position: Host/Server Assistant
About: A restaurant in need of a Server Assistant to provide a friendly welcome and farewell to guests, manage seating using the Table Management System (TMS), and support the service team in ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Must be at least 17 years of age; no prior work experience required; ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and regulations; ability to process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions; proficiency in operating computer, calculator, phone, and office equipment; attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management; professional attitude with effective communication skills; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
