Position: Host/Server Assistant
About: A busy restaurant is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to provide excellent guest service and support the service team in ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest. The Server Assistant will use the Table Management System (TMS) to seat guests efficiently and assist with various tasks to maintain a welcoming environment in the restaurant.
Requirements: Must be at least 17 years of age; no prior work experience required; ability to provide friendly guest service and comply with food handling regulations; proficiency in cash handling and using office equipment; strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management; effective communication and listening skills; ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
