Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and prior customer service experience preferred; strong verbal, interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills; ability to work flexible hours and stand for long periods of time; familiarity with stadium policies and ability to work during home games and special events; excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations; autonomous and team player with a respectful demeanor; must be willing to work in an outdoor stadium environment
