Requirements: Previous customer service experience in a similar role; Prior experience in a high-volume fine dining environment; Working knowledge of reservation systems such as SevenRooms or OpenTable; Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization; Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure; Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and grow, seeking opportunities for personal and professional development; Flexibility to work various shifts or hours as needed per on-call requirements; Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
