About: Responsible for greeting guests in an upbeat, friendly, and courteous manner, the position involves answering reservation calls, managing reservations in the system, staying updated on food and beverage venues, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also requires interacting with guests, handling requests, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Requirements: Relevant experience in high-quality, high-volume operations preferred; knowledge of basic food and beverage products; ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills; ability to operate office equipment and Table Management system; ability to read, write, and understand English; ability to communicate effectively and establish effective working relationships with guests, staff, and management; knowledge, understanding, and compliance with policies and procedures, job descriptions, and instructions.
