Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Two years experience working in a restaurant environment; One year guest service experience; Six months prior host person experience; Familiarity with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, TripleSeat, Open Table or similar systems; Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills
