Position: Host Person – Bardot Brasserie – Aria
About: At MGM Resorts International, where the SHOW comes alive, individuals are sought to create unique and show-stopping experiences for guests. The Host Person role at Bardot Brasserie at Aria Resort involves being the first point of contact, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience, greeting guests with courtesy and professionalism, and ensuring a clean, organized, and fully stocked outlet. This role also involves supporting Food Servers, Bus Persons, and Food Service Runners by managing guest contact and table information seamlessly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two years experience working in a restaurant environment; one year guest service experience; six months prior host person experience; familiarity with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, TripleSeat, Open Table or similar systems; demonstrates excellent phone etiquette, exceptional customer service, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts; experience working in a similar resort setting; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
