Requirements: High school education or equivalent; relevant experience in high-quality, high-volume operation preferred; Food Safety Team Member Training required; Training in Intervention Procedures (TIPS) required; ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills; ability to operate office equipment and Table Management system; ability to read, write, and understand English; ability to communicate effectively and establish effective working relationships with guests, staff, and management; knowledge of basic food and beverage products; understanding and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, and daily memorandums
