About: Trumbauer’s Dining Room at The Union League of Philadelphia is seeking a Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face for guests, providing exceptional service in a prestigious dining environment.
Requirements: Previous work experience as a Host or Server; Understanding of club etiquette and fine dining; Experience in managing reservations and demonstrable customer service skills; Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person); Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area; Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift; High school diploma; Hospitality certification is a plus; Flexible schedule including mandatory holidays
