About: The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, located at 6902 East Greenway Parkway, Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Guest Service Support Expert. The role involves welcoming guests, determining group size, seating guests, assisting with table setup, guiding guests through dining areas, ensuring clean and updated menus, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction in dining areas. This position requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing 10 pounds or less. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
