Position: Host – Oasis Grill
About: Centennial Plaza is seeking a Host/Hostess to provide excellent service, food, and beverages in a fun and clean atmosphere to guests. The role involves greeting guests, controlling traffic flow, maintaining a high standard of service, and ensuring optimal guest experiences at the Gulf Coast area’s entertainment choice.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 1 year serving in a guest service position preferred; good reading, writing, mathematical, and communication skills; ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment; health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certification; cash handling skills may be required; must represent the Hotel positively in public settings.
