Requirements: Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant; strong interpersonal and communication skills; exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency with reservation systems and POS software; ability to remain calm and professional under pressure; a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences; flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
