About: Luxury jewelry retailer in Manhattan is seeking a skilled customer service professional for the position of Luxury Retail Host to greet and engage with high-end clientele in store. Additionally, they are looking for a Hospitality Conversationalist to serve beverages and engage with clients at the in-store bars.
Requirements: Must have prior luxury/high-end customer service, concierge, or retail experience; availability for 3-4 days including Saturdays and Sundays; COVID-19 Vaccination required; well-spoken with good listening skills; comfortable communicating with VIP clients; self-motivated and attentive to guests; ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; must be over 18 years old to serve alcohol; 2+ years of experience working behind a bar creating and serving cocktails to guests.
