We will depend on your natural persona and special skills to assist in delivering excellent service to our guests by initiating warm contact, interactions built on sincerity, concern, and enthusiasm. Additionally, you will coordinate and be responsible for managing a high-volume seating operation in a fast-paced environment while creating and maintaining guest profiles and preferences. Finally, if you can communicate, coordinate, assist and work well with other teammates in serving our guests, then you will have a successful career with us. Requirements: Stand throughout an eight-hour shift; Move effectively and efficiently throughout the restaurant; Lift up to 20 pounds to carry stacks of menus or help clear tables; Work in an environment subject to varying levels of smoke, noise, and crowds; Work well with others, communicate clearly in English (verbal and written); Comply with safety and health procedures, state and federal laws; Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance; Bend, squat, and stretch in limited spaces for cleaning; Adhere to Resort policies including attendance, safety, and behavior; Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States; High school or equivalent education; 1-2 years in a guest service position required; Additional foreign language preferred; Virgin Hotels celebrates diversity and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer
