Position: Host/Hostess – Restaurant & Roof
About: As a Host at a hotel, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service. Your duties include greeting and seating guests in the dining and bar areas, maintaining a clean waiting area, answering questions, assisting service staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Restaurant Experience: 1 year preferred; Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced environment; Demonstrating high organization, attention-to-detail, and sense-of-urgency; Displaying a positive attitude towards guests and co-workers; Eligible to work in the United States; Flexible to work different shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime if required; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; Good knowledge of the English language with clear speaking, reading, and writing abilities; Ability to follow instructions and maintain physical capabilities to stand alert for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs., use hands and arms continuously, and adhere to uniform standards.
