Requirements: H.S. education or equivalent preferred; two years of food service experience in a hospital, nursing home, or restaurant; ability to communicate effectively and be understood; ability to interpret customer requests accurately; ability to work well with others; ability to become certified in Food Service Sanitation within the first 3 months; ability to handle a variety of duties and tasks; ability to follow directions and work as part of a team; ability to lift 10-60 lbs; ability to achieve and maintain high standards of sanitation and safety; ability to adhere to strict deadlines
