Position: Host/Hostess (Part-Time)
About: Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa, widely recognized as one of the finest resorts in the Birmingham area and all of central Alabama, affectionately known as ‘The Castle’. This resort has recently undergone a beautiful renovation, a pool expansion, and the onsite golf course with the fifth-longest course in the world, attracting golfers globally. With 18 event rooms, over 25,000 square feet of space, and a capacity of over 1,000 in the largest room, the resort hosts a variety of weddings, corporate meetings, and social events.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle complaints and provide exceptional customer service; knowledge of proper dining etiquette and reservations management
