Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred; hotel experience preferred; proficiency in using a calculator for mathematical calculations; ability to handle internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy; strong verbal and written communication skills; observant of emergency situations; effective at establishing and maintaining relationships with associates, customers, and patrons; adept at adapting communication style for different audiences
