Position: Host/Hostess – OKLAHOMA
About: The Melting Pot is looking for a Host/Hostess to present a positive first impression of the establishment, provide excellent service, and maintain high standards. The role involves greeting guests, managing wait times, seating guests, engaging in friendly conversations, announcing celebrations, and performing light housekeeping duties. The Host/Hostess is expected to understand and contribute to the Guest-Obsessed culture, handle guest complaints effectively, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Availability must include nights and weekends.
Requirements: Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English; basic computer skills; ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment; Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability
