About: Kiln Creek Golf Club & Resort is seeking a courteous and efficient team member to join their upscale casual restaurant in Newport News, VA. This position offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Requirements: Thorough knowledge of food and Beverage service operational procedures as would normally be acquired through a high school education or equivalent; physical skills including squatting, bending, kneeling, and ability to lift and carry items exceeding 25 lbs.; mental skills such as good organizational and verbal abilities, problem-solving, and basic mathematical skills; required work habits of regular attendance, team work, initiative, dependability, promptness, and trustworthiness
