Position: Host/Hostess I
About: Host/Hostess I position at DDC – Waddell, AZ (White Tanks at San Lucy) in a high-volume table side service restaurant within the casino. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient and courteous food and beverage operations, following Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws and TOGE alcohol training.
Requirements: High school degree or GED preferred; recent experience as a server or host in a high-volume table side service restaurant; at least 18 years of age; ability to obtain a Food Handler’s card, TIPS certification, and pass Host I Skill Set Testing; clear communication in basic English; strong guest service skills; knowledge of cash handling, Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws, and POS systems
