Requirements: High School Diploma; working knowledge of restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, and problem-solving; skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal and organizational skills, and interpersonal skills; ability to diffuse volatile situations; adherence to uniform policy; basic computer skills; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; preferred: skill in Open Table or other reservation software, POS knowledge, previous customer service/host experience, interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
