Position: Host/Hostess – Ghostbar – On Call
About: Palms, a renowned resort in a high-volume restaurant setting, is seeking a Host/Hostess to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for during their dining experience. This role involves emotional connection with guests, gathering preferences, and efficient communication with the service team and management.
Requirements: High volume restaurant management or supervisory experience required; Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; High school diploma or equivalent; Two (2) years of related experience; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Must obtain TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card; Must obtain a Southern Nevada Health District Health Card; Must obtain a Nevada Gaming License; Minimum age requirement is 21; Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
