Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service; proficient in reservation, seating, and paging systems; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle waitlists and guest inquiries; familiarity with payment methods and Disney Dining Plan; compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations; teamwork and adherence to company guidelines and policies.
