Position: Host/Hostess – Franchise
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Denny’s, Inc. As a Host or Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, cheerfully, and courteously. Duties include answering phones, taking, entering, and packaging To-Go orders, collecting payment, filling beverage orders, assisting in clearing and setting tables, resolving complaints, and notifying the manager of any issues. Applicants must be able to handle different monetary denominations, communicate effectively with guests, move freely in the work area, and comply with relevant health regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to handle monetary transactions accurately; effective communication skills with guests; mobility to work and operate efficiently; compliance with health regulations regarding food handling
