Position: Host/Hostess – Franchise
About: This job posting is for employment at an independently owned and operated franchisee of Denny’s. As a Host or Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, cheerfully and courteously. Duties include answering phones, taking, and packaging To-Go orders, collecting payment, filling beverage orders, assisting in clearing and setting tables, resolving complaints, notifying the manager of any issues. Applicants must observe monetary denominations, communicate well with guests, have mobility in the work area, and meet health regulations regarding food handling.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to differentiate between monetary denominations; strong communication skills with guests; mobility to operate in the work area; compliance with health regulations
