Position: Host – Hostess – CVI
About: Hartsfield Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) known for Customer Service Excellence and Highly Skilled Clinical Professionals, is seeking a Dining Room Host/Hostess to join their team. The role involves promoting high-quality customer service to residents and ensuring an excellent dining experience. The community aims to provide exceptional care at every level, emphasizing successful aging and maintaining a supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements: High school diploma; a minimum of one year in dining room service; knowledge of fine dining service, table set-up, and proper service procedures; demonstrated stable work history; ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 90 pounds; able to read, write, and understand English; able to perform simple mathematical calculations; able to adapt to various job duties and situations; required to work flexible hours as needed
