Requirements: High school diploma; A minimum of one year in dining room service; Knowledge of fine dining service, table set-up, and proper service procedures; A demonstrated stable work history; Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 90 pounds; Able to read, write, and understand English; Able to perform simple mathematical calculations; Able to adapt to any variety of job duties and situations; Required to work flexible hours, such as during staffing shortages and emergencies
