Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred; first aid and CPR certification; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; basic math skills for managing reservations and table assignments; knowledge of food service and dining etiquette; professional appearance and positive attitude; flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays; proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
