Position: Host / Hostess at the AC Hotel Raleigh Downtown
About: Summit Hospitality Group, a prominent hotel and restaurant establishment, is seeking a detail-oriented Host/Hostess to deliver exceptional first impressions daily in alignment with the brand’s standards and procedures. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, outstanding customer service, focus on cost efficiency, and effective people management. The position is hourly-based.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume polished casual setting within a hotel/restaurant, preferably with major brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt; strong people skills for quick and efficient training; proficiency in inventory control and people management; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
