Requirements: Supervises restaurant activities in the absence of Manager; Controls Reservation Book and accurately enters reservations; Maintains guest history files to enhance repeat guest experiences; Inspects dining room and service areas to ensure completion of tasks before meal periods; Greets guests professionally, determines needs, and assigns appropriate seating; Monitors dining room activity and assists staff as necessary; Executes emergency procedures and complies with safety regulations and procedures; Attends hotel meetings and training sessions; Maintains equipment and work area cleanliness; Recycles when possible; Complies with hotel standards, policies, and rules
