About: CHICA at The Venetian in Las Vegas delivers the robust and vibrant flavors of Latin cuisine combined with a dynamic wine and mixology program. The restaurant’s menu was crafted by featured chef Lorena Garcia and draws inspiration from classic renditions of Latin dishes, offering guests the opportunity to explore the flavors of Latin American cuisine with influences from Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina. CHICA is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of hospitality sales and management experience; at least 1 year of host person experience in a high-volume and/or upscale dining environment
