About: Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ is a popular restaurant known for its Japanese BBQ dining experience. They are currently seeking a dedicated Host/Hostess to manage customer reservations, greet and seat customers warmly, operate hosting software systems, schedule reservations, and assist with to-go orders.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service preferred; proficiency in operating hosting software systems and equipment; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
