About: Yale New Haven Health is currently seeking a Restaurant Associate/Greeter/Team Member to join their team. As a Host/Hostess at Yale New Haven Health, you will greet and escort patients to their rooms, assist with patient meal selection and delivery, maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, monitor and restock supplies in patient rooms, communicate patient needs to nursing staff, and provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
