About: Myers Park Country Club is seeking a confident and friendly Host/Hostess to provide a high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service to members. The ideal candidate should be welcoming, attentive, and focused on consistently achieving member satisfaction standards.
Requirements: Welcoming members and guests by name, booking reservations, describing menu items, ensuring safety procedures are followed, maintaining dining room cleanliness, assisting with table clearing and re-setting, enforcing rules and policies, suggestive selling, complying with alcoholic beverage service regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexibility in schedule, ability to lift objects up to 35lbs, standing for prolonged periods, 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
