Position: Host / Hostess
About: Waffle House is a well-known restaurant chain located at 9225 Boyd Cooper. They are currently seeking a Restaurant Team Member/Greeter to join their team. As a Host/Hostess at Waffle House, responsibilities include serving as the customer’s first impression, greeting customers, assisting them to find a table, managing waiting customers’ orders, stocking the self-service coffee bar, and distributing menus. They value reliable team players with a positive attitude.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
