About: A restaurant is seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Hostess to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests by warmly greeting and seating them. The role involves managing guest seating, providing menus, recording guest information, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Host/Hostess will coordinate with staff to maintain dining areas and assist with various tasks to support restaurant operations.
Requirements: Professional communication skills are required; ability to take direction; top-notch customer service capability; ability to work in a team environment; ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure; food handlers permit required (deducted from paycheck if not produced); must be available to work Sundays, Mondays, nights, weekends, and holidays
