Position: Host/Hostess
About: A casino restaurant in need of attentive and welcoming Host/Hostess to greet and provide excellent guest service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for patrons.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older; good verbal communication and customer relations skills; ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities; must be people-oriented and courteous; high standards of grooming and hygiene; skill in handling customer requests and complaints; knowledge of restaurant/dining room policies and procedures and daily menus/specials; high school diploma or GED; previous FOH restaurant experience strongly preferred; experience in a casino restaurant setting; shift work; required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime; standing/walking, 100%; may stand or walk up to 4 hours at a time; some light lifting may be required, such as moving tables/chairs and bussing cart; exposure to cigarette smoke and noise; must follow safety precautions and requirements
