Position: Host/Hostess
About: Chili’s Grill & Bar is seeking a friendly and dedicated Host/Hostess to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing timely seating and expressing gratitude to guests upon departure. Responsibilities include managing waitlists, escorting guests to tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. This position plays a key role in upholding Chili’s high service standards and guest satisfaction levels.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a customer service role preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times; capable of standing and walking for the duration of the shift; adept at handling multiple tasks efficiently; willingness to assist team members and adapt to changing business demands
