Position: Host/Hostess
About: Red Lobster in Boise, Idaho is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join their team. As a host/hostess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring each guest’s dining experience is exceptional from start to finish by providing friendly greetings, seating guests appropriately, and staying updated on menu offerings and special events. This position requires managing waiting lists, floor charts, and guest communication while maintaining the overall restaurant cleanliness and organization. The host/hostess may also assist with answering phones and handling to-go orders in a bustling restaurant environment at Red Lobster in Boise.
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age; ability to engage in conversation with guests and organize effectively; capable of standing for extended hours, lifting up to 20 pounds, bending, kneeling, stooping, and sweeping as needed
