About: Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ is seeking a Host/Hostess to manage customer reservations, greet and seat customers warmly, operate hosting software systems, schedule reservations, answer phones, and assist with to-go orders.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service preferred; proficiency in operating hosting software systems and basic equipment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
