About: IHOP is currently seeking a Restaurant Associate/Greeter/Team Member to join their team. The role involves opening the door for arriving and departing guests, greeting and seating guests in a friendly manner, assisting in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant, accommodating special guest needs, managing the Wait List during peak times, and providing assistance to servers as required.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
