Position: Host/Hostess
About: As a member of our hospitality team, the Host’s main job is to create a welcoming dining experience for guests by providing excellent customer service. The Host will greet guests warmly, follow etiquette guidelines, and quickly address any complaints. The Host will also attend menu training to stay informed about current offerings, set up the dining area, and be present at the door to greet and direct guests to their tables. A key part of this job is managing dining reservations and helping with special services or arrangements.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently; organized and able to manage dining reservations effectively
