Position: Host/Hostess
About: The Memphian, located at 21 Cooper Street in Memphis, TN, is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Restaurant Host to ensure exceptional dining experiences for all guests at the hotel’s restaurant. The Restaurant Host will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring customer needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements: Prior food and beverage industry experience preferred; prior guest relations training; ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers, and management; strong written and verbal communication skills; positive attitude and upbeat personality; attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through; punctuality and reliable attendance; excellent interpersonal skills
