Position: Host/Hostess
About: A restaurant in need of a Host or Hostess to warmly welcome and greet guests on arrival, efficiently seat them using a floor chart and wait sheet, handle incoming calls, and ensure timely delivery of To-Go orders. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons at the establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a customer service role preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure; familiarity with restaurant operations and reservation systems
