Position: Host/Hostess
About: The Summit Club, located outside of Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Host/Hostess to join its Food and Beverage Department. The club offers a world-class Tom Fazio-designed golf course, wellness and recreation programming, and a 70,000 square foot clubhouse with various dining experiences, creating a unique and memorable family-focused community rooted in Las Vegas’ legacy of entertainment and fun.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of experience in fine-dining or high-volume environments at upscale restaurants, resorts, or private clubs; knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; familiarity with food and beverage operations; exceptional attention to detail, quality, and service; positive attitude, professional demeanor, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to work in a team environment; calm and focused under pressure; fluency in English, additional languages preferred; ability to meet physical demands of the position; flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
