Requirements: Previous hotel or restaurant experience preferred; strong communication skills and ability to multi-task required; ability to read and write in English proficiently; ability to follow directions well, make quick decisions, and stay organized under pressure; previous exposure to high volume restaurant environment preferred; basic computer skills and experience with computer-based reservation systems preferred; ability to operate a multi-line telephone; positive attitude, self-motivated, polite, energetic, and willing learner
