Position: Host/Hostess
About: The Hotel Restaurant Host is responsible for interacting with all guests to ensure a great dining experience at the hotel. They promptly welcome guests to the restaurant, escort them to their tables, exceed guest needs and expectations, and resolve any issues efficiently. The Host plays a vital role in maintaining excellent service standards in a dynamic dining environment.
Requirements: Prior food and beverage industry experience preferred; prior guest relations training; ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers, and management; strong written and verbal communication skills; positive attitude and personality; ability to work with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and courtesy; punctuality and reliable attendance; interpersonal skills for working well with co-workers and the public
