About: The Memphian, located at 21 Cooper Street in Memphis, TN – 38104, is seeking a detail-oriented and welcoming Restaurant Host to provide exceptional dining experiences to guests. The Restaurant Host will play a key role in greeting and seating guests, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a professional and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.
Requirements: Prior food and beverage industry experience preferred; prior guest relations training; ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management; strong written and verbal communication skills; positive, upbeat attitude and personality; ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision; punctuality and reliable attendance; interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public
