Position: Host/Hostess
About: Klaw is seeking a Host to manage reservations and table seating, ensuring the highest standards of F&B quality and service. The Host will be responsible for maintaining excellent reservation practices, coordinating guest flow, and communicating important guest information to the service team. They will play a key role in greeting guests, seating them, and supporting table management to create a positive guest experience at all times.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a hostess restaurant position; Knowledge of MS Office, OpenTable, Seven Rooms; Ability to learn menu details and changes provided by management; Strong communication skills in English; Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and bend or kneel as needed; Competencies include interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, customer service skills, effective communication, organizational support, planning and organizing skills, professionalism, and dependability.
